Thought Tenet was alright actually although bad sound on Nolan films is nearly becoming his trademark. Lots of inaudible dialog like on The Dark Knight Rises.

Really really recommend the new Charlie Kaufman film on Netflix, I'm Thinking of Ending Things. I say this for basically every film but for the proper experience it's best watched without knowing anything about it.

100% agree. Watched it last night and was pretty speechless by the end of it.

It is a strangely compelling film but not one that is easy to interpret. In a similar vein to memento and Jacobs Ladder - best film ever btw)

Watched it tonight and the same as Owlix - was left speechless - not in a good way.

The dialogue was fucking coma inducing.

Les Misérables (2019). it's been compared to La Haine which is a bit of a stretch but it was good.

Cool Still enjoy the flawed Lynch Dune. Apart from Sting.

Devil all the Time was okay! I didn’t love it but decent watch. Some good acting for sure. Just a bit too jolly compared to the book

Yeah it’s a good film. Just a few missing ingredients from being a great film.

Not sure what it’s was though. Good performances all round, although I think RPatz hammed it up a bit.
Spidey was surprisingly good, as I normally find him annoying.
Riley Keough always watchable. .

Best film I’ve seen for a while is Saint Frances. Great little Indy film. Recommended.

Really liked Devil All the Time.
Restoration of 'La Haine' last night. Every bit as good as when I watched it the first time around.

Finally got round to seeing 'Bait'.

The best recent film I've seen in the last couple years.

Edit: it's on All4 or 4oD (whatever the channel 4 streaming service is called)

Arlington Road. An underrated conspiracy gem from the late 90s

Really liked that. Such an original piece of film making.
