Got decent reviews on imdb at 5.9 currently. I am intrigued by this kind of stuff so sure I will find it entertaining.
When you compare it to the rolling stone article or the case file podcast it's bloody awful

Godfather 1&2
What can I say, they're both absolute classics.
8 1/2
First Fellini I've seen, enjoyed it a lot more than I expected. It's very italian and melodramatic but it's also pretty funny and the scenery and direction is amazing. Gave up understanding what happened after the first hour and just enjoyed the ride.
Pickpocket (1959)
Was a decent watch but didn't do much for me. Some cool thieving scenes but the use of non-professional actors didn't do it any favours. Dragged on too long I thought which is something you don't want to say about an 80 minute movie.

Baby Driver. Can’t decide whether it was great or shite.

my way of judging a film is 'would i be happy to spend £15 to see it in the cinema' test

Thought baby driver was good. Something a bit different. And anything with Lily James in it is a winner for me.

Didn't mind Rebecca but then I'd not read the book or seen the original film. Also think despite being a fucking loon Arnie hammer is a great screen presence.

Didn't like Rebecca at all, where's the good Ben Wheatley that made A field in England gone

Recent watches !
The Oak Room - 7/10. Really good. Kind of Coen esque. Some really good tension.
The Nest - 4/10. Didn’t like this as such. Was basically just waiting for sometbing to happen.
Hunter Hunter - 6/10. Was okay but felt unfinished. Could have done much more with it I felt but some good scenes

Watched "A Bluebird in my Heart" last night.
Fairly standard revenge thriller but very well done.
Roland Møller is superb as the main character, an ex-con who gets dragged back into a life he is trying to leave behind.
Only just really started to get into revenge thrillers (although loved Taken since I first saw it) but seems like there are lots of good ones out there, but appreciate any suggestions.

Ace film Blue Ruin.
Best revenge film ever is A Prophet.
Almost the best film ever.

Yeah, liked Blue Ruin.
Thought Riders of Justice was superb, thought it looked great from the trailer but was even better than I expected.
Will give A Prophet a watch at some point.

Prohet is superb but no oldboy. Riders of justice was surprisingly good.
