Chungking Express

Was hyped for this after seeing in the mood for love but didn't do it for me. The first story was cool but the manic pixie dream girl in the second got on my nerves very quickly. Has anyone seen Fallen Angels by the same director?

I've seen it but can barely recollect anything. 100% unmemorable films. If you're into films you can forget easily I would definitely recommend most of Jim Jarmusch's filmography.

Watched a few Bond films recently ( they’re on TV here in Sweden with Swedish subtitles so pretending it’s doing homework). Skyfall is hands down the best I’d say. Truly forgot how bad all the Roger Moore ones are ( really bad Bond!). And early Sean Connery is awesome !

Also Goldeneye is decent but other Brosnan ones I dunno. There’s something really bad about 90s action movies too.

Although I'll go one out and say I just don't get Bond, colossal nan kid vibes from all of them/films for the guy who goes round his mams for her Sunday roast kinda feeling.

Casino royale is alright the bits that Mads is in it but otherwise so tedious.

Color Out of Space - Not Mandy mad but pretty far out and Cage brings his top Cage to the table. Enjoyable madness.

Fear St. 1994 - Scream like but pretty good. Some good gore. Will see how the others turn out.

Til Death - being a thriller/horror fan, the concept was pretty neat but can't get over how bad Megan Fox is, they could have elevated this movie but casting any other actress lol

Thought the Beatles movie had leaked but it’s actually another movie called Take Back ( the Beatles one is called Get Back) ffs. Anyway, I watched the new Nick Cage movie called Pig which I thought was okay but didn’t love

Space Jam 2. Enjoyable but nowhere near as good as the first. Some nice references all the way through though.

Summer of soul!

Summer Of Soul (…Or, When The Revolution Could Not Be Televised) is a feature documentary about the legendary 1969 Harlem Cultural Festival which celebrated African American music and culture, and promoted Black pride and unity.
