Titane - Incredible. Saw it in the cinema and was blown away, probably the best cinema trip for the whole of 2021. A big step up from Raw if you liked that.

Where to watch?
Cineworld, but imagine some smaller cinemas are showing it too.

That dance scene in the fire department has to be one of my favourite scenes in a long while. Not quite up there with the one in the Matrix 2 but very intense.

Can confirm Punch Drunk Love is well worth a rewatch before Licorice Pizza. Adam Sandler doing bits as always.

Didn't love titane which surprised me, usually a sucker for that kind of genre fare.

saw this last weekend - really good. both lead actors (which have interesting reasons for being cast) were great

Yeah they were brilliant. The whole cast was.

I get the Cooper Hoffman link but what's the Haim connection?

20th-anniversary screening of Mulholland Drive last night. Great to see it on the big screen. That film gets better with every viewing.

A film I have always wanted to watch but never actually got round to it. Enjoyed Twin Peaks & seen Blue Velvet a fair few times. Lost Highway is another of his films I’ve had on my ‘to watch’ list for years.

I did hear that tbf. Such a random casting choice but it worked wonderfully.

It's a proper headfuck (standard Lynch) but once you work out what's going on it's actually quite clever.
