Saw extremely loud and incredibly close the other day

Not bad, Sandra Bullock has had some seriously work done on her face. The kid is really good in it, apparently he has never acted before.

Just saw 'Bronson', I'm not a big fan of these 'based on a true story' films (normally about 10% is true, the rest is just made up bollocks).

Tom Hardy was good in it though.

Grosse Point Blank. Well above average, for a kind of romcom watch with the girlfriend.

Grosse Point Blank is great, like the OST aswell
developed a little crush on Minnie Driver based on this and Good Will Hunting

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels earlier, nostalgic Laughing out loud
Earth narrated by Patrick Stewart… decent wildlife doc
Girl Who Kicked the Hornets Nest… finally got round to finishing the trilogy… excellent!
looking forward to catching Finchers adaptation now

Saw The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo tonight, was fantastic but that is to be expected from a David Fincher film. Was really dark and gritty, going to watch the original Swedish films to see whats different.

I read the books and seen the tv movies and apart from the first film bring great I didn't feel they did the books justice. Really want to see this but the missus doesn't want to go because of that scene. Soundtrack sounds amazing too.

Anyway on a much different note I watched American Pie trilogy for nostalgia.

Swedish is far better imo, Rooney Mara is good in this but Noomi Rapace is better.

wtf was the start all about? was literally a James Bond opening that didn't got with this movie.

On a similar not we need to talk about kevin was a little bit of a let down. Didn't grip me as I thought it would. Girlfriend hasn't read the book or listen to the radio dramatisation and she thought it was better then what I did. Just seem to miss out far to many important bits.

Also started Devils Double but got a tired so will finish it tonight

thought it was pretty crap TBH (was aprarantly based on a true story), the women in it were so stupid and anoying, if you hit a psycho over the head with a spade you make sure you've killed him, you don't just assume he's dead and turn your back on him so he can get up and attack you (the ultimate horror film cliche)
