Apart from frags and smelling good I couldn't give two hoots about expensive skincare. It's a load of bollocks.

I don’t agree. Don’t get me wrong, there’s probably a lot of shit that doesn’t do what it says but there’s no way a good routine don’t make a difference. Decent cleanser, spf moisturiser. It’s not going to stop you getting old but I’m sure it makes you look better in older age.

The transformer for my 808ES finally came. Listening to this is like heaven..wanted one for probably a decade. Spotted one of these on Michael Koppelman's home in a magazine, a badass amp in legend and in reality… I love the philosophy. so the transformer weighs 12 kgs by itself, let's ad a "gibralter" heavyweight chassis and top plate. Okay so how do we make it heavier? wood side panels. That's how Cool Total 28 kgs..

Bad news is it might have a fault on the left channel, brief static a few times on the first CD I played on it. Hopefully it's just breaking in after a long time switched off and dismanteled.

Yeah I was so happy when I heard it working, I cried a little, this year has sucked shit and at last I won one.

Checked the binding posts at the speaker ends this morning, loose! Too many beers last night I guess. Never drink and hookup hifi gear. Tightened up and 3 CDs later no issues. Fingers crossed the issue is resolved.

The way it drives my speakers is so effortless, detail and power Cool
