Nothing on a house and probably not to most peoples tastes but some new bits for the walls.

Mines 4 bed well 3 + office/Deck room Smiling and either side is 5 n 6 bed they kind of build them randomly so they don't all look the same over the road there is one the same as mine in White render and they build them in different brick etc I like it and it's defo not small inverse well not compared to the 1 bed I had before

It like the look of it. Was just the first thing that popped into my head.

Is it strangely laid out? I looked at renting a house like that with a garage on the ground floor and there was a bedroom on the ground floor and a sitting room on the 1st.

Anyway congratulations on the house. I'm sure 90% of this forum are years away from being ready to buy one.

@ rez yeah I've moved away from ossett, not too far though it's a village called ackworth halfway between Wakefield and pontefract, it's a really nice little place.

Ackworth is a nice village, with a couple of decent pubs. New Years Eve is a really good laugh, as nearly everyone is in fancy dress.

Just remember to go to Wakefield for a night out, and not to Pontefract. Although me and Bruk might be out in Pontefract.

Where are you and bruk from then? I'm from Wakefield really just lived in ossett the past 11year, to tell you the truth I'd rather bypass both and head straight into Leeds for a proper night out if your about though give me a shout and I'll come for some beer!
I've heared it's suposed to be a good night on new year every one go's on about it. There's a steam tractor event coming up soon that should be good Laughing out loud

House looks smart Russ, trying to think if i know where that is! Im at my rents in Pontefract atm, though looking likely i'll be moving to Leeds in the next month or so with a good mate who has a spare room. Have friends in most of the surrounding towns, good friends in Wakefield, mate runs front of house at the Cowshed, ex lives in Ackworth… but yeah much prefer Leeds for nights out (obviously attempting to avoid the all saints/viv westwood roidy banter brigade and their orange ladies). I worked at HMV in Leeds for seven years so know the city well… looking forward to living there again!

NYE in Ackworth used to be great, tho now all the pubs charge and issue tickets so its kinda killed it for me a little. Will definitely be up for a pint/unmeet at some point.

Bruk lives near the Carlton pub in Pontefract, so 5 or 10 minutes from you.

I am from Pontefract, but moved to Alwoodley, Leeds about 5 years ago.

We are off for a pint tonight if you fancied a random un-meet up?

Tonights out of the question man, but next week sometime fo sure!

Bruk it's quite close to the angel pub it's off the main road there's big srata homes sign at the turning, by big baps Laughing out loud
is it not the same bloke who had monkey that has the cow shed? I used to go in when it was a bar but never since, also it's a long shot but you don't know Richard Andrews who used to run code club in Leeds do you he had a mate that worked in that hmv for years, I used to buy vinyl there.
Apparrently they charge for a pass on nye but you can get in all the pubs with it so at least your not stuck in one pub all night

yep that's the one. Orbit which had the circular flyers - great club, small & used to have thos great big fans inset into the wall in the chill area. Had some great nights clubbing around there. We went to Morley a few times too - much bigger & a mad place. moved on to Love to Be from there, can't remember whether that was Leeds or Sheffield but was one of my faves.

got a waterproof iphone case recently for swimming, works really well and was perfect for me cause i get really bored swimming. Only think was wank headphones, so i bought these, really good quality. They have a mic too, so i could be out surfing and taking calls too ! Really good customer service and they chucked in as a freebie this waterproof housing for iphone shuffle that works really well and has a clip on the back, not cheap though at 60 sheets, but the quality of sound is a million times better than the shitty freebies i got. (yes cool story bro etc)
