my dad got a pair of them a while ago. i honestly thought he'd picked them up
from a car boot or something. they look like they were made in the 1970's
(not only in terms of design, but the way the plastic parts have been
moulded/finished) and the packaging looks proper cheap too.

was proper when he told me how much they cost (£200 aren't they?). i said to him
