My 5k pb is 20:19, and that was with a decent amount of training. I've got a 5k in a week and hope I can keep under 25mins.

Yea, a pretty flat course around central London, so only real climb is up City road.

Laughing out loud

5k in 15 minutes means that he's running faster than pound-for-pound #1 boxer Manny Pacquiao.

if Manny was as tall as MLI he'd be running it in about 9 mins

look he's explained how he did it, after running for the first time a year ago he then sprinted 5k, piece of piss

I think he's done it.

Fukers are a pretty amazing breed. Apparently there's a couple who've actually died and then come back to life Jawdropping!

amazing Laughing out loud

To put it in perspective for the non-runners on here, projected finish times/equivalent performances for a 15minute 5K are:

Mile 4:19
10K 31:10
Half marathon 1:09:20
Marathon 2:26:14

What's your weekly mileage Mil?

I run 3 times a week, total 15ks. No interest in marathons, would do more damage than good I think, only run to stay healthy.
