Because they've been stung before. They expanded too quickly before the Uniqlo brand was established in any way in the UK. People simply didn't know what Uniqlo was, so not enough people were buying, and they were forced to close most of their UK stores as a result of big losses.

The silver sevedges were on sale at the start of the monmth in both harrods and selfridges for £110 or something so I doubt they will be around now, they do feel very thin though, much thinner than standard diors

ta - ss were half price in Harrods too, plus they took another 10% off because of some cock up with my Harrods, so abt £95. didn't know what they were until I got em home. I only brought them only because some bloke in the changing rooms said they were a good fit. (no homo)
