These and CDG2 (it's gorgeous and lasts for days) and a black merino Uniqlo cardie which I'm sure you ain't bothered enough to see pics of. Really nice quality actually tho. Rivals my Smedley gear.

^that's right don't buy Smedley unless it's at uniqlo prices - uniqlo merinos are where it's at.

Foolishly bought a couple of boo shirts in a size large, had my tailor loosen up the darting in the back but still have had to suck in my stomach all day at the office when around people, someone please advise on some quick fix diet schemes

Miss breakfast, drink coffee. You won't feel very good, but you'll drop weight fast

missing breakfast is a bad idea. the body will go into starvation mode and hang on to fat reserves, using muscle for fuel

Yeah, missign breakfast is what got me here in the first place, but i like the girdle, that's thinking outside the box, more of that please. I also hear good things about only eating oranges

Edit: missing breakfast doesn't mean then eating twice as much later in the day

200 Calories day one , 400 the next and so on until you go back to 200 calorie day

No, he won't. Belly will be reduced. I'm not talking about starving yourself, just eating a bit less for a week. If I want to lose a bit round the stomach, this is what I do
