+1, laceing can make or break a shoe

I got a 2 and it fits nicely, slim if a tiny bit short on the arms. But that can't be helped, I'm 6'3.

Been after some Smart/Casual boots or shoes for a long time now and these blew me away. Bottled Desert boots and went with Nicholas Deakins.

About 10 years ago I went to Blackpool with my mates. When we got there I got told I'd need some shoes to get in the clubs. It was 5pm so I walked in the nearest shoe shop and begrudgingly bought a pair of Nicholas Deakins shoes. They were exactly like this but without the coin pocket thing. The sole had the skeleton foot on the bottom too.

Another lad realised he needed a shirt so bought the first one he saw in his size from TK Maxx. We got to the B&B and he attempted to iron his polyester shirt on the highest setting and burnt a hole straight through it. He was a dickhead so I laughed.

Thanks for the memories, J7
