so what you sayin?
I wanted a nice slim wallet for nights out to replace a card holder that I was getting bored of as I didn't want to take my regualr wallet out. The CDG fitted the bill, was a good price and is a nice item. I don't carry change in it (that just goes into my pocket), it gets used for cards and notes and so it's not necessary to do it up/ undo it.
The idea of standing at a bar, pulling that out of my pocket, undoing it, taking my money out, putting my change back into it and then doing it back up before it goes back into my pocket makes it more purse-like, so I don't bother with the doing up/ undoing and keeping chnage in it, men don't keep change in their wallets, women keep change in their purses. It's not that difficult to comprehend.

I've said this twice already. I have a 'normal blokes wallet' but it can be too bulky and I don't want/ need to be taking my driving license, joint bank account (mortgage, bills food payments etc) card, stamps, old receipts, Tesco club card, M&S credit card etc on a night out on the piss. So I have that one too, which I just keep my bank card and notes in on a night out. It's not such an issue and I really don't see why people can't understand it, I think I'm explaing myself clearly enough.
