Doesn't strike me that that's his MO. He would have sold out long ago.

had no point of ref for Private White V.C - do not know anything about em.
Wor lass bought me a few pair of trews and was really impressed with the quality, RiRi zips - lovely material - all the spiel about pricing/materials etc on there site is impressive.

good stuff or just full of manc guff?

Love that it's made in UK/Manchester but wish it was more like Nom de Guerre.

Got one of their aviator jackets and it’s great, going to last for a long time. I think their recent rebrand was a load of BS, talking about switching to a direct model to cut down on costs etc and not go on sale, but prices only went up.

Spoke to the owner (James something) once and he views the brand as an upmarket Barbour. Their creative director, Nick Ashley, doesn’t seem super talented (how many Shackets does one company need to make), think everything good about the brand comes from the attention to detail and manufacturing side. Glad it’s not like Nom de Guerre. I think the best things they make are the Pilot Jacket, the Jeep Coat (light brown version) and the ventile Mac, looks great in black with the brass hardware.

Overall - some well made stuff, BS marketing graphs about saving the customer money, general lack of personality but with a few standout pieces that merit full whack.

I can't see any trews on their site?!

I'm looking for some quality trousers. I bought a few pairs of Incotex in the sale @ MrP which are good - wouldn't pay full price.

They have changed their approach and now have a much smaller range. I wonder where the old stock went, TK?

That’s nice - it’s the polycarbonate one right?
