I do, genuinely appreciate the whole craftsmanship, thousand-times folded Nippon cotton, made on a piece of industrial heritage - spiel. But I can't shake the thought that that there is a lot of money to look like you shop at Jack & Jones.

Fair point, to me though those are kind of wardrobe staples, items that I will keep wearing over the years, for which I'm more than happy to pay premium for higher quality and details.
Personally I wouldn't go top for something I consider seasonable\very fashionable, but to each his own…and yeah, hopefully those will last me longer than 5 or 6 H&M\J&J ones

I agree, but will always try and find it at the right price if I can. I have LW, Buzz, Real McCoys and Fil Melange, Merz B Schwanen etc. sweats and they are all great, but would not be able to justify the full price.

Out of interest, did you buy the LW from Amazon JP?

Of course, same here, but made an exception for those as LWs fit just perfect on me…unfortunately BR, Real\Joe McCoys are all too short and boxy for my body, only Merz B Schwanen is alright.

Got the missus to bring them home for me from JP while she was there for work…thought several times to buy them from Amazon JP but never got around doing it. You tried it?

Nice burt

Started getting shorts ready for the Sun. Quality on both are great, Uptempo’s are really nice in hand (or on leg I suppose).

I wondered why the price was so high at first but when they came I saw why. Just as good if not better than my John Elliott basketball shorts which were more than double the price.

Agreed LW and Merz B are the only ones with a good body length.

Not yet no. It looks simply enough but haven't got round to it!
