Some things are just so classic, but also become tainted by the 'basic' label. Rolex sub, Gucci horse bit loafers etc.

It’s nice mate, seems well made and warm enough to wear in the UK with just a tshirt under it. I’m sure it said in the description it was water resistant too.
Will report back with more when I’ve worn it out properly.
