Not greatest for menswear shopping in leeds.
Kiosk 78 - Duncan Street at the bottom of Briggate. Sells APC, Nom De Guerre, Skull Jeans, etc. Online at www.kiosk78.co.uk
Paper Scissors Stone - New York Street - at the side of the Market as if you're walking to the bus station. Products online at www.paper-scissor-stone.co.uk. Wood Wood, Electronic Poet, Rittenhouse.
Harvey Nics - Briggate. Worth a look inside if you're about. Doesn't stock Dior Jeans. But does have Nudie, Prps and a whole host of other brands.
Accent (full of cunts) - Queens Acade off Briggate, sells stuff like Nudie, Lyle and Scott, etc. Can buy most of the stuff here cheaper elsewhere. www.accentclothing.com
Hip - two stores in Thorntons Arcade off Briggate. Have a look at what they sell on their website www.hipleeds.com.
Mr Chimp - in Thorntons Arcade. Havent been in for a while, but stocks some nice tees on occasion.
Aspecto - on Briggate, similar stock to Accent I find, stock online at www.aspecto.co.uk
Urban Outfitters - On Albion Street, near Boots. Doesn't stock half the stuff they do online but has abit of Fred Perry, APC and Nudie.
Flannels - Vicar Lane, opposite Victoria Arcade. Stocks CP Company, PRPS, Garbstore, etc.
Life - In the Victoria Quarter opposite Paul Smith. Owned by Flannels I think, similar stock to Flannels.
Paul Smith - Victoria Arcade.

flannels stock more high end stuff as well like prada gucci etc check the restaurant up stairs it as a michelin rosette and is very reasonably priced
i don't think theres anything els that asn't been mentioned, clothes shopping in leeds is shit nowadays i wish strand was still open
25 May 2009 20:34
what happened to Strand?
Obv it was a while back, but theres a big Nandos now in it's place.
Loads of really bad clothing shops in Leeds now, that D-Store, that place that sells Ra Ra University clothing near the Victoria Quarter. If the shopping starts to piss you off or vex you, pop into Little Toyko behind House of Fraser, does some alright food.
25 May 2009 20:38
Love Little Tokyo, went to Leeds last weekend and that place was one of the main reasons. Chicken Katsu Bento Box ftw!

thanks for all the suggestions.
kiosk 78 and HIP are defo on the hitlist. want some april 77 jeans and some apc bits and pieces.
my mate is after dior trainers so lets hope harvey nick's has some in.
we have a flannels or Cruise in newcastle.
25 May 2009 22:56
theirs one small rail of dior stuff in harvey nicks,al pretty standard really.
What aprils are you after??
25 May 2009 23:01
They've got some April 77 stock in the Urban Outfitters in Leeds, not sure which jeans though.
They also had good prices on APC bits, the varsity is £175. The only APC denim they had last week was New Standards, some sizes were £85 some were £100 which was weird.

28 Oct 2009 16:57
Leeds International Film Festival. 4-22 November. I don't know a lot about it though.
Also, check the 'What's On' section of the Leeds University Union website. It has a calendar showing events and nights out in town as well as the Union.
