Dickhead move, but not much you can do. AirBnb may give you a voucher for a certain amount off your next stay though (subject to minimum). I got this when a host cancelled on me earlier this year.

VCCP? Just keep quiet and carry on. Most company machines are on a 3-year lease anyhow with an small fee at the end if they want to purchase so im sure it's been forgotten about now.
I walked out of M&C with a laptop, monitor, mouse, and half the stationery cupboard and no one came chasing.
I hope you don’t get covid. If you do, Christmas is screwed as is the relationship. The lesser of the two evils would have been to firm up those balls for the greater good. Asked for it about two months ago, said they'd book a courier, set a time but they didn't go through with it and haven't said anything since.
If it helps matters, I did not enjoy working there and they made me work my full three month notice there out of spite.
