Think this is what you want, just wanting to use an existing range as a bunch of options to choose from elsewhere right?

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-a-drop-down-list-7693307a-59ef-400a-b769-c5402dce407b

Probably know already but you’ll likely want to do the $ protect range thing for when you’re dragging across a load of cells. Or you could just highlight the entirety of the row(s) from the off and do data validation on them

recently sold a couple of btl properties and have about £130k in my current account. waiting to reinvest in property when arse falls out of it in 6-8 months.

what can i do with my money in the interim? not keen on putting it away where i cant get it quickly. have put £25k in a 3% 6 months account and made my max contributions to private pension.

any high % savings accounts? oh yeah i have a lifetime isa already

Think it's max £50k deposit per holder for premium bonds so may need to split between other holders if needed.

Does anyone have experience in negotiating job offers with FAANG tech companies, without competing offers?

Got an offer to join Google and want to see if I can increase the stock options ideally. It’s currently a 50% increase on my TC so not sure how to frame.

this only works with Office365:
1. set up helper array somewhere (e.g. a different sheet) which will have a list per product.
to do this you can do =FILTER(Products[Batch Code],Products[Product]=A14) and then fill across to make a filtered list for each product. This is asking for a filtered list of batch codes where the product matches A14.

2. set the data validation list for the Apple column to =helper!A1# where A1 is the location of the first helper array. The # symbol tells excel to look at the array starting at A1, rather than cell A1.

3. you can fill across the apple columns to other columns and the validation will look in B14, C14 etc.

Any advise for walls in new construction? stucco people say it's easy to repair, fiberglass wallpaper people say the opposite. What's the best option for smooth walls?

Are you an engineer?

Will be quite tricky without a competing offer. That's your usual leverage.

if i've been gifted an amazon giftcard and i have redeemed/spent it. is there any way it can be cancelled?

long story is that i left a snobby review on some 3rd party printer cartridges (£30) i bought as they threw up an error on my printer after 3 months (outside of return period)… The seller then emailed me saying please change it and I will send you an amazon gift card for (£45). I said i wouldnt change it until i got the gift card… So i got the gift card and spent it but havent changed the comment because the seller can get fucked (or am i the asshole?)

i also reported him to amazon and got the money back for the cartridges anyway lol
