Not 100% sure if this is comprehensive enough but most property sites will offer a basic service when you input the postcode

http://www.nethouseprices.com/ (seems good)

http://www.zoopla.co.uk/house-prices/

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/house-prices.html

http://www.ourproperty.co.uk/ (returned the highest number of results for me, need an account to see details)

Lost my wallet last week (no huge deal didn't have much money in there etc) but I did lose my student card. I tried to get a new one they asked me if I'd reported it stolen, i said no and they said it'll cost me £15 to get a new one. Can i report just a lost wallet to police? or will i be wasting their time?

You can report it with some bullshit story about how you think it was stolen in a club/bar whatever. They wont do anything, but you'll get a crime reference number and can get your new student card free

You don't even need to do that, you can report it lost to your local police station to see if it was handed in, they'll have a lost property department or they'll transfer you to whoever handles it, it's not like you're ringing 999.

Anyone done any modelling? I know Stay Gold has but I don't think he posts much anymore. I've just got a few questions to ask over PM if anyone wouldn't mind helping out.

Not sure but some insurers will reimburse you for the remaining months if you cancel the policy so you don't really end up out of pocket

There's loads of ones on sale in hmv at the moment, best go to one of the bigger hmvs. All the speakers are plugged in so you can try them.

That place is full of tight fisted snobs so it "commutes" pretty well, IMO
