Bit of a weird one this.

Put through 2 insurance claims for body work on my car and I was told that I would need to pay 2 excesses, picked up my car earlier on today. However they only charged me the excess for 1 claim, so I paid cash and I didn't say a word.

I've just got home to find a voicemail from the bodyshop saying "There is no escaping, i've only charged one excess, I need to collect the other, you're fully aware of this, ring me back".

Should I ring them back and pay up, or should I tell him to fuck off for being a rude cunt?

It's not the garages fault, the insurance company will give them grief.
They are trying to screw you for two lots of excess, but thats insurance companies for you.

Yeah i've got the voicemail on my phone, keep playing it back because I still can't beleive he said it Laughing out loud

I'm just going to do nothing until they write to me I think. The work they done is good, however if the work they did goes bad after a few months the situation could turn sour.

thats ridiculous in itself…i actually dont get that, never heard of that before mate…if it was all done at the same time in the same place, wtf was the two claims about?????? Puzzled
somethings well wrong there, i bet if you ring the insurance company, you wont have to pay it twice anyway.
