The course depends on how far over the limit you are, and what county you were caught in. 42 in a 30 might be a bit too fast and he might just get the fine and points.

I got this after being involved in an accident, a whole friday and half a saturday. In the main a load of bollocks. I didn't know they'd give you the option for speeding though. Better than 3 points innit.

Must depend where you live then, like uncouth said. Mine was 49 in a 40 for what it's worth

I got done 40 in a 30, didn't get offered the course. My mum and dad both did it though, It's to do with how far over the limit you are I think.

it depends on both. They aren't going to offer it for doing 60 in a 30 for example. But it also depends on whether the local council are running them. When i was there they told us they only offer them in certain areas….fucking pain in the arse but they only last about 5 hours.

Anybody know if HMV online prices are the same as instore? Need something by tomorrow but their express delivery option says "should arrive within 48 hours" which isn't much use

Depends what it is? cd's/dvd's are mostly the same, electronics/video games are usually not.

cant you just get them from Amazon? Puzzled
Amazon is NEVER beaten on cd's and dvd's in my vast experience, or are you suing vouchers?

I really don't understand how Amazon works. Everything I'm looking at seems to be from different sellers, not actually shipped by Amazon, so I don't understand how Aamazon could guarantee next day delivery when it's somebody else shipping it, eBay style

no you have to buy from amazon (who aint always the cheapest) if you want to garuntee the next day dleivery. but they are usually still cheaper than most.
i always go second hand on dvds and cds though, very rarely get from amazon unless they are the same price as second hand,

Same, CDs and DVVDs are dirt cheap from Amazon and I've never had any problems. Compilation cds for £1.27 shipped. Yes please.com
