Have been to a few assessment centres, although not for recruitment positions yet i can imagine they are all relatively the same. Just try be as normal as possible and your natural traits will shine through. Witnessed too many people trying too hard and it was obvious, e.g. talking over people and reiterating their point over an over.

^+1 I have done quite well by keeping any group exercise on track (guiding the group towards the objectives) and being openly mindful of time constraints etc. Involve people that are not contributing for whatever reason.

just a bit of advice, with recruitment stuff, make sue you convey you would betray your granny for a score and pimp your mum out if you could. And if you aint that motivated for money might not be for you.

For the group interviews (I've had all stuff like 'Having to rebrand a brussel sprout' or having to 'invent a new product' kind of like an apprentice thing and then having to present it) just make sure you get your points across but like everyone has said and just be yourself and don't act cocky.

In one job I didn't get, their reasons were I talked too much in some parts so like EDW said don't reiterate your points over and over. Say them and then listen.

£15.97 via Royal Mail International Signed For for 1.5kg which is preferable to Airsure as you get a "signature"
£19.20 via UPS through Interparcel.com for a package up to 2kg with dimensions of 35x25x15

Whats the consensus on touting?

What would the consensus be if it was touting Bieber tickets to stupid 13 year old girls?

Don't have the tickets, just got an O2 Priority offer earlier for the presale tomorrow.

Not a fan of touting in the slightest but I half think Bieber fans deserve it Laughing out loud

question.

in my apartment block, there is a fob which is like a car alarm fob that opens the car park.
theres no more car park spaces available to buy, but theres a "contractors" car space which is never used.
i basically wanna use the space but i only know late doors, once the concierge has gone home.

i remember years ago you could buy rf signal recorders/players for these fobs.
so i can record the signal, then basically have a fob. pretty sure its the same sort of thing as those tv remote control watches
does anyone know what they are called, or where u can buy them?

Work have been nice to me recently and given me a white iPad 3. I don't wanna be ungrateful but can't be doing with a white one…how can I switch it? I went into the store full force and just asked earlier but they said no!

They won't notice or care that much cause it's a personal gift. I've got a black 1 at the mo so want the upgrade, just don't want it to be white.
