FedEx have been shit with sending a package to me (London) from Singapore:

It came to Slough, then went to New Zealand.
Spoke to customer services on the 1st who just said "Yeah woops, that's a mistake, it's coming directly back"
It fannied about in NZ for a few days and now it's gone to Australia…

So it clearly hasn't come directly back, especially as they managed to get it to NZ so fast.

When am I allowed to be a dick and kick up a fuss?
Feel like I want to because I paid for priority postage, but I can't demand anything from them apart from "get it here faster".

my ex just text me out of the blue, rang me and then put the phone down, said it was an accident and then asks me via text how I am and what I'm doing. I'm in a happy relationship but I guess I'd be a fucking idiot to follow up the text (just a general catch up)? shall I be honest to the missus? I haven't text back.

when i was a student i was signed up to two agencies. mad dog and another one by bbc tvc,
its shit boring work that you have to do, sitting around for 10 hours a day. most jobs are booked at the drop of a hat too.
its perfect for students, shit for real people.
you also end up going to a lot of auditions which you arent paid for.
i suggest you dont do it.

i want to be in an advert or some shit uk soap just so i can tell people i was in it once.
