Eat some more food or take a supplement,
For sleep try and stay up the whole night and the next day go to sleep at a decent time and set an alarm in 6 hours time, keep a decent routine and say if you are sleeping for 6 hours for a week, extend it too 7 hours or on the other hand just get some medication that will do it for you

eating 500 calories a day is ridiculous, force yourself to eat even if you arent hungry (have a liquid meal if its that bad) otherwise all your muscle mass is going to break down.

This and eat- I've stayed up the whole night and next day before and it worked for me- you've got to get into a rhythm though.

Think he's not hungry? Candidate get protein shakes, force yourself to go to bed earlier, see if you can fall asleep after a week or two of trying early, if not, go to the doctors.

I find when you dont get enough sleep you lose your appetite.. My flatmates have been taking loads of drugs and staying up till 5 or 6 being incredibly noisy the past week or so keeping me from getting sleep, sleeping a few hours a day really fucks up your appetite.

I have the same problem candidate, exams + coursework fuck me up royally, end up going a few days without sleep and then get into a habit of power napping for 1-2 hours every 10 hours or so, from there its just all tits up and i end up on vampire time Eek

trying to stay awake all night then waiting for the next evening to crash doesn't even work for me as i just kick back into alertness at the wrong times. (p.s sleeping pills are baaaad, hallucinated when i took them Puzzled)
