FFS, just look on your services providers website.

If it is loads, have a look on Skype's, where they will quickly tell you its 1.6p per min to Canada with their PAYG. You pay in advance, like any other PAYG service.

I'm making some canapes with smoked salmon on lightly toasted little wholemeal bread cirlces with dill on top and lemon juice.

I don't like cream cheese. What can I use instead as a barrier between the bread and salmon for moistness?

If you don't want anything dairy based at all you could try making Baba Ghanoush.
