I don't like cream cheese. What can I use instead as a barrier between the bread and salmon for moistness?

Horseradish works really well.

Horseradish is a good idea indeed.
You can also use thinly slice cooked beetroot or grate cooked beetroot and mix with horseradish to create a topping

I want to free up some space on my ageing laptop. Haven't got a spare hard drive at the moment, what is the best (free with the biggest GB) windows cloud type programme? Does one exist?

Google Drive gives 5GB. And Box.net was giving 50GB for free awhile ago…not sure if that's still on.

Thinkstock and shutterstock let you download up to 25 images a day for a monthly fee. The monthly fee will probably be cheaper than buying 50 images outright. Would look into that if I were you.
