Flying to new york in march, is there anything legal I can get to knock me out for the duration of the flight? First long-ish flight I'll have been on.

sleep MD is worth picking up while you are out there for future trips, I can send you a couple if you want for outbound flight and prob have some melatonin tablets also, which is basically what sleep MD is but it has few other bit, both are good as natural and dont leave groggy like trad sleeping pills

Going for St. Patrick's Day?

It's not that long a flight, some music, films and reading materials and you'll be fine. Assuming (no BA Baracus).

We'll be there for st patricks andy, theres usually good boxing on that night at MSG so we're hoping to get to that. Flight is about 9 hours. On reflection the flight itself won't be so bad, but we have to get up about 4am to get to the airport. I won't be able to sleep knowing I have to rise at that time, is there anything I cna take about 10pm that would help me sleep for 6 hours? This should probably be in the drugs thread.

Surely if you're the kind of person who can't sleep because they know have to get up early, you're not the kind of person who would risk taking sleeping pills before having to get up for a flight?! Laughing out loud

2 x 1mg etizolam and a couple of bloody marys, stick some ear plugs in / eye mask on and you'll sleep fine on the flight.
