If you're not getting a slow juicer, you might as well get a blender. Unless you really hate the pulp.

A slow as fuck juicer so it doesn't heat the fruit/veg at all and maintains all nutrients and vitamins.

Juicing is a waste of time/money. Just blend the veg and turn it into a drinkable 'salad' by adding unsweetened almond milk, as encouraged by Dr Rhonda Patrick, tim Ferriss, joe rogan etc. it gives you a shit ton of micronutrients without the loss you'd get through juicing.

When I went Berlin seemed very open in the popular parts. Which is in complete contrast to other European cities where in the most tourist ridden parts they are so crammed. The part I stayed in (near firmament) was hipster central though.

Been making smoothies up with just veg, fruit, flax seeds and spring water and they've been pretty tasty so far. Blender is a beast and knocks fuck out of everything in 20 seconds. Rinses clean in a few seconds too. Quicker than making a bit toast and feeling better for it already and i'm only 3 days in.

VPN Express is what I use for iPlayer and Netflix from the Middle East. Let's me toggle between different countries too. Paid ones are way better than the free and give you accessibility via all my devices - iphone, ipad and mac (and work PC laptop)

are there any requirements, or can any UK National get one ?

My friend got one of these when his passport was stolen on holiday in Spain. He was down at the police station for an hour before they issued it to him and he travelled the next day with no problem. Any UK national can get one, but as implied in the name, only in special circumstances such as the loss of theft of your passport.

when buying trousers that are marked 32 is general consensus that they will measure exactly 32 or be appropriate for size 32 ie measure 33ish?

the latter seems more common but every now an i again I receive something in a 32 and it measures bang on 32 so has to go back.

Nearly everything but raw denim is vanity sized. I'm a true 33 but I wear size 31 tops.

Are there any topper online card shops, maybe ones big on personalisation (no moon pig)? GF always hand draws my cards and puts in loads of effort so I want something decent.

I've got appalling mobile phone service in my flat, is there a way to improve this / boost the signal?
