Help on next steps please.

Ordered from slapiton. Package not arrived. Asked them where it was and they said tracking said it was delivered - 'delivered no signature'.

I went back to them and said their website states they send recorded - so why hasn't it been signed for. They came back and said I should contact delivery office.

I told them it wasn't my responsibility to chase a package on their behalf. They're now saying "due to the nature of the product we can no longer send it signed for it has to go tracked by law.

It will have been scanned and given to someone. We cannot represent you to the royal mail but it is worth speaking to them as they will know. If not we will have to process a claim and it will take 15 days."

Not really sure - surely it isn't my responsibility to be chasing up a missing package? I had this a while back with another retailer, and they sent out a replacement and said they'd be claiming via RM later.

Absolute bullshit - it's their responsibility, you shouldn't even be contacting Royal Mail (or whoever is the courier). It's very simple, you have an agreement with the shop (slapiton) to deliver item X, and not with Royal Mail. Since there is no way they can proof it has been delivered (no signature) you are 100% in your right to get a refund as the shop failed to fulfill their agreement.
Had similar situation with those cunts from Mankind and in the end just called AMEX to do a chargeback.

"Dear Sam

I am not in any shape denying your legal rights.

I am only stating that if we cannot work together and just leave it to royal mail it will take up to 15 days to resolve.

We have 30 days to refund in law if we cannot proove receipt. This is what will come into play.

We cannot send perfumes with a signature only and recorded delivery does not exist and has been replaced by tracked. I will get the designer to update this now."

Fucking cunts.

Just order it from another shop and cancel their order (worst case return it if you will receive it)

But they've taken my money, so you're saying just wait 30 days?

edit; they put the wrong fucking address on my order the useless cunts. went down the street and found it.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake uncovered 1 hour and 15 minutes in the preheated oven, to a minimum internal temperature of 180 degrees F (82 degrees C).

Is this saying lower the temp to 82C and cook for 1h15?? Doesnt sound right….if not then what does it mean?
