Pretty cowardly but I sent the details to Crimestoppers.

Hopefully something will come of it.

Any solicitors on here, wouldn't mind some pointers on an inheritance dispute (no Jeremy Kyle)

got hit off my bicycle last week by a car, completely his fault and he admitted as much (he was a dickhead). two badly sprained wrists, lots of bruising including on my chest/ribs. got a photo of his face and number plate (was a security company car).

worth looking into compensation/getting in touch with a no win no fee solicitor? anyone had a similar experience?

Unless you have medical bills or you've had to take time off work then I don't really see what compensation you'd be due.

Is your bike in one piece?

Absolutely make a claim against his insurance for the cost of the repairs to your bike. Do you have any witnesses?

If he hit you so hard you fell off your bike, you can claim compensation for mental and physical trauma. At least, that's how it is in the Netherlands.

Random one but I have an old extra current account which I haven't used in years and I want to switch for £££. I need to input my debit card number from it if I have one but since moving recently I have no idea if I did have one and it's gone / in storage or whether I just don't have one for the account. Is there any way of finding this out? Will my bank even tell me if I call them?
