Harrogate Spa is genuinely awful, and I hate how supple the bottles are too.

As for sparkling, Perrier wins out over S. Pellegrino just for the beauty of a 250-330ml glass bottle.

Also, regarding S. Pellegrino, at what point does something cease to be fantastic design and become a 'marketing trap'? I'll happily admit to enjoying a bottle more for the way it looks.

Still > Sparkling. Drinks with carbon in them are not for me.

I only drink tap water that has been confronted by the 7 basic emotions: anger, contempt, fear, disgust, happiness, sadness and surprise.

Sparkling is for psychopaths.

You cannot overlook the bottle quality/design when considering the overall drinking experience. This is partly why I resent highland spring. The bottles are ugly and flimsy, with the labels rarely having enough glue to keep them on. awful

A holiday treat but too salty for daily consumption. It's a stroke in a bottle.

Best water bottles for sturdiness and practicality are Evian 750ml (the sports cap one) and Highland Spring 750ml. Thin enough to hold and fit in car cup holders and side of door.

The best overall for bottle and the water is Aqua Panna.

The worst are those huge Volvic square green ones and fat Buxton ones. Terrible.

Most of the 500ml ones are rubbish apart from Ballygowan. They're made of the stronger stuff.

And in terms of sparkling water - its Voss. I get through at least one bottle a day of sparkling.

Sports caps are nan, I don't know why they've become the done thing. Strange little plastic teats.

is there such a thing a a portable plug socket that runs on a battery? basically i want to plug some led lamps in but dont really have a convenient nearby socket to plug in to, and dont really want cables running around the floor.
