Saw some thing in the city the other week with people dressed up like the italian job (overalls) tearing round in groups in mini's doing some sort of hunt. Looked like a laugh. Not for those who get car sick.

How much you taking at a time of the drops and what benefits are you noticing out of interest?

I use these for the drops

I would always recommend getting the raw ones. I have the 500mg for daily use. If I am injured or ill I get the 1000mg.

and get CBD flowers from here

Cheers, Swede.

With regards to CBD, I vape CBD oil mixed with regular nicotine free liquid (CSB) most days. I sleep well, less joint ache too but could be placebo/other factors, hard to say it's definitely due to the CBD intake.

Where can I get a decent water bottle that sustains the temp for a decent period and keeps the water cold? Bought a Sigg and the water is warm within an hour.

A mate swears by these, although I haven't used one myself.

Wife has one, borrowed it a couple of weeks ago. Filled it with water and some ice cubes before a 40 min drive and a hour run, was left in a hot car for the full time and the water was properly cold still at the end.
