Should I invest time watching Life On Mars and Ashes to Ashes full box sets or not worth it?

Thought Life on Mars was great, Ashes to Ashes not as good.

It would have to be a long period of convalescence/unemployment before I reached for those I think.

weird one - but genuinely don't know who else to ask

had a letter through my door from broadband supplier (EE) "sorry you're thinking of leaving us - have this special offer XXX"

I called EE as assumed my contract was up or something (always thought it was rolling with these things). Turns out someone last week has requested to change my broadband connection from EE to BT without my knowledge… How the fuck? Should I be worried?

When you called them did they specifically say it was done in your name?

In our last flat the gas supplier had got the flat numbers mixed up (based on errors in the Post Office's address database) which meant that a similar thing happened but in this case due to one of our neighbours using the correct flat number to try and switch their own supplier.

Has your dodgy developer definitely registered the addresses correctly?

they didn't have the information to provide that. Maybe it was one of our new neighbours who fucked something up

Any ever rented a car from Green Motion at Gatwick? Is the off airport collection a hassle?

I'd avoid Green Motion like the plague, they don't have a great reputation. Lots of stories about deposits being withheld for damage that was already there or overcharging for minor damage (apologies to Fudge Dredd for the Guardian link).

If you don't already have it I'd recommend buying excess insurance. Much cheaper than going with the car hire company's own "super insurance". I have a policy with insurance4carhire but icarhireinsurance is another one. I made a claim a few years ago (scraped alloy) with insurance4carhire and everything went smoothly.

Can't be fucked to schlep over to my mate's house so I'm just gonna forge his details as a witness on this new tenancy agreement I've gotta sort tonight.

Nothing bad will come of this, right?
