I had laser eye surgery about 3 years ago, best investment ever… was -4.75 in one eye and -3.5 in the other… for £1800 had my 20/20 vision back and a new lease of life.
Would deffo recommend.

Thanks mate. I’m day 4 post op and everything seems to be healing up well. Not had to touch any pain meds and no real discomfort. Will throw some pics up once it starts growing in. Hopefully on the Tory comeback

get a decent pair like Andy made and they'll last you 11+ years and counting

anyone recommend a good fleece? Want something light and easy to throw on when I take the dogs for a walk.

I wear a Paramo Taiga Fleece for work when it gets colder, is water resistant as well and drys very quick.
More functional than fashion, but I quite like it and tend to live in them in winter when I’m not working.

I’m -6 in one and -1.25 in the other. Definitely leaning that way after all the info on here.
It was mild discomfort for about 5 seconds and I had perfect vision the next morning and actually drove to the place to have my follow up virtually 18 hours later and got the all clear.
Do it.

Will the UK-Japanese trade deal mean duty free on wabi-sabi garms?
