It’s a big company. It’s about £800 and they really messed me about. If they come back to me for it in the next couple weeks I’ll tell them to collect it. If not I think I’ll just keep it. I 100% don’t want to land a struggling company in the shit. But if I’m gaining a freebee from a mix up then I think fair play. Interesting one. I think if they don’t ask for it back and they are doing well I’m ok to keep.

To be fair though supply chains are so optimised these days the return may well cost them more than you Keeping it.

I ordered a pair of JMM sunglasses from a retailer in Florida who sent a cancelled order by mistake. I went back and forth for months on it and called the retailer and they actually were fine with me to keep it.
I think I spoke with citizens advice to get their perspective. So that could be an option. Its different when you have declined the order. But worth checking with them.

Essentially if you give them an opportunity to collect it, they can. If they do nothing after a certain point, you should be fine as you have made reasonable attempts to notify them of their mistake to rectify it.

Sit on it (pardon the pun) for a few months and see what happens. Then keep it.

reminds me of a time I ordered a pair of suede virgils from a guy on ebay. think he was in china or japan - anyways, never turned up, and tracking didn't work from the get go so he immediately refunded me the next day (450 ish iirc) … around 3 months later I come home to find a mysterious parcel tucked underneath the car, and it was them. I think they just have came on a shipping freight or something. I never actually told the bloke but I did feel guilty. I was like 18 at the time and couldn't really afford them anyway so

Does CBD oil have any benefits or is it snake oil? I have an 8% strength bottle.

I believe it does yes. Huge anti inflammatory. Helps with anxiety too for some people.
