Found CBD oil pretty useless and unhelpful in general. However that CBD black tar stuff is fantastic, pretty sure it's illegal though, or expensive.

Anyone used Acas for an unfair dismissal claim? Friend of mine was dismissed because he didn't attend a disclipinary, he was signed off sick at the time and I wanted to know if it's worth him going through mediation rather than just filing a claim with the cunts direct.

Yeah just finished mine, you have to go through them to get the ET1 and ET3 forms so it’s a must. They service is also free and really good so I would recommend doing that aswell as citizens advice for some guidance. If you need any help drop me a PM and I can try and guide through what to do and how to do it.

Alright chaps. I've got a friend that sent me some balloons in lockdown numero uno for my birthday and wanted to reciprocate. Is there a business anyone knows of that sends out gift packages that are some combination of wine/balloons/flowers? She's based in London so there might even be a decent local business that someone knows about.

Ideally it's primarily a wine retailer if possible? I'd rather prioritise the wine being decent and flowers/balloons passable than another way around.

If it’s a two year contract and you could come back to a job over here then surely there’s never a better time to do it than now?

Nothing is going back to normal in the U.K. for a year. So I’d say do it.

Just noticed I've got some markings on a new Barbour coat, wore it for less than a month and mostly for trips to the store. Is this the wax that came off or do they just damage very easily?
