I'm not being serious, she did it out of her own volition and a light-hearted comment in a place surrounded by negatrons. Hating on a forum is passé, read some Depak.

get the HotStock app, make sure you've got an account with all of your payment and address info saved with each major retailer, and hope for the best.

Anyone savvy with planning permission? We're changing our roof with a different slate (switching to fibre cement slate).. I don't believe this requires planning permission at all. Only watch out I'm confused about is that we're top-floor/loft (done a long time ago) conversion and planning portal has the below. Lease wise we're covered; loft / roof is in our demise and cost is to be split 50/50 with downstairs leaseholder.
If these limits and conditions are not met, or Permitted Development rights have been removed in the area, then an application for Householder/Full Planning Permission will be required.
The current house:
Is not a building containing one or more flats, or a flat contained within such a building.
Was not changed to be used as a house (from a previous non-residential use) under permitted development rights.
Was not built as a ‘New Dwellinghouse’ under permitted development rights.

DSM doesn't have any restrictions on their site re:time period for returns.
Bought some stuff in the sale, and want to return it. They've said there's a 14 day window for returns and it's been 20 days since it arrived. I've asked them where on their site it says 14 days (can't find it written anywhere). They haven't responded.
Who's fucked here?
