I used to go to Rocket but the place gets more and more annoying every time I went. Up to 2 hour queues, fag breaks from the barbers. Complete lottery of what trim you’d get depending on barbers mood.

Decided to go to Tommy’s Chop Shop instead after GQ said it was their best barber in London.
You can book a time slot, book a barber and only £28 for a hair cut.
I had Grant and he was a top bloke. Will certainly switch to here.

But It’s behind carnaby, so not east.

Jake from Cuts and Bruises in stokey is really good. It’s 24 quid. Plus they have an N64 and megadrive if you wanna wait but I’d recommend booking online …

Staying Boundery in Shoreditch tonight, any decent pubs round there where I can get a few pints and not look like a weirdo on my own or get hit on by men

Thanks for the tips. I went to Johnny's Chop Shop off Carnaby as I can walk from work, open to 8pm, nice bloke (guy with a beard) but not quite the perfectionist approach of my usual bloke.
