How stringent is the policy on bringing friends etc to soho house especially? I am friends with someone who's related to somebody quite high up… So have been considering but haven't been sure about the price as I've only been working a year …

As i'm under 27 it works out the same cost as my gym membership, so looks to be worth the money imo. Now, the big question. Anyone able to recommend me, I have one person at work who's able, but need one more. Would greatly appreciate it.

Edit: And the rooftop pool area is ace during summer.

Can't think of anywhere worse than Shoreditch House rooftop pool on a hot day. Pretentious nobodies (read: sombody who once had a show on NTS/Somebody that works in fashion PR and is 'mates' with Frank Ocean because he once gave him a free pair of trainers) jostling for loungers so they can do 'work' from their laptops in style. Oh and most of that 10/10 tang are rich gal mooching for sugar daddies to sustain the expensive tastes that daddy's wallet doesn't stretch to.

For me that place remains one of the most overrated venues in East London.

Is it shoes or the trainers? If the latter, you've got all the standard dept. stores. If the former hostem or browns

I fancy a change from SW London, and me and the girlfriend will soon both be working in the city of London (St Paul's/London wall). What area would you be looking at with a budget of 1500pcm for a 1 bed? Currently in zone 3 but would like to avoid northern line into so zone 1.

if you look around you can get Angel for that price though it won't be that nice. Kentish town is cool, get the overground straight into farringdon takes 10 mins at most

I am in a 1-Bed in City of London, about £1700 pcm - Pay the extra, walk to work and save on travel costs would be my advice.
