1st question is where are you working, second is what are you going to get paid, third is are you going to do ALL your socialising centrally (eg zone 1 / 2)

Once you know all this you are ready to start paying mad money for nothing.

HW makes a good point, unless you're going to be in town all the time, visiting reaturants, theatres, museums, art galleries, bars, clubs etc. why pay silly money to live near them ?

Camden is shit. Nowhere good to go out and terrible pubs plus everywhere shuts early. It's been dead for so long and more dodgy than most places east

The simple point of living close his place of employment. If he has no job as such, then he can live anywhere he can afford.
