Nah live in a warehouse but rent. Looking to buy ATM - was gonna buy a flat off plan for completion next year but having second thoughts as I'm really unsure about a new build :S
But I dunno if it's just because I had a heavy weekend and I'm not thinking positively. I'll probably snap out of it and put my deposit down tomorrow

Good to know you can afford a deposit but were fucking me around for a tenner and took over a week to pay for a supreme cap.

Just double check what happens to your deposit for off plan, if the build is delayed or never completes..

Shit in brentford lying unfinished for over a year now by the M4 @ chiswick the big circular tower.

Don't be jel mate you'll be hard not to find someone on here I didn't fuck around as I'm definitely the most indecisive person I know and it's definitely a problem.

Nah it'll defo finish HW, well almost certainly. It's a development and this is the last tower - in just having second thoughts as I previously wanted a period place so I could make it look like the piccys on instagram

1) Best places to live (anyone got anything available to rent, know of anyone, best places to look etc)

2) The two of us have around £30k in savings between us, so in other words I don't think we could buy anywhere half decent. That said there's shared ownership which seems a lot more affordable but are they generally just new builds that wont sell?
Bump for advice

Yep Nick that's the plan now given the general consensus on shared ownership (waiting lists, sometimes the property's are the ones that are hard to shift etc.)

Just been looking for places to rent, need access to Blackfriars/Temple. Been looking at Aldgate/Whitechapel

Isn't Blackfriars the terminus for trains to the south, you might get somewhere south of the river on a train line thats much cheaper.

Wouldn't be able to do that as I've got a mate that needs to get to Bond Street so it'd be awful for him
