Very good central-ish near Chelsea and the Government just sanctioned a billion pound loan to build a tube station, shopping/flats there just last month (you probably already know this)

How much is one of those these days? I keep hearing that maida vale etc is the same price as Hackney now but I don't believe it until I see it.
