Didn't we do this a few months ago?

If you want to buy in Finsbury Park buy soon, it's getting poshed / hipstered up as we speak (unless you mean the crouch end side in which case it's already £££)

I'm stroud green / crouch hill.
Love it round here…good base, good pubs.. Food, green lanes round the corner.
Upper street not to far.
