Waiting on valuation to release the mortgage money. No fines for running over completion dates. Planning on moving the first week of November if everything goes to plan.
Still under notice in my current flat until the end of November, but some repairs required so need to leave time after moving for that to get done, doesn't seem to be an issue on re-renting viewings on it nearly every day so not long on double bils.
Overall HSBC has been totally amazing on my application, my first meeting was the 2nd of october, and my final paperwork arrived today to send back for money release once the valuation confirms, this is under 15 working days!
Overall I am close to a month reservation to completion which is super fast.
Icing on the cake would be a higher valuation than purchase price.

what do you think of borough. i lived there about 7yrs ago but havent been back since. pops - golden lane is a bit cheaper but not much, not enough to warrant the upheaval of moving.
Been 5 yrs since I lived there but still drink around the area regularly. Spoilt for choice with boozers and restaurants now.
