Defo do a Hawksmoor Spitalfields steak or their Sunday roast. Bodeans is good for a meat feast (no homo).

Good pub around Covent Garden to watch the United game next Tuesday? Been to a few around there and they dont seem to have screens (usually a good thing).

Ideally within walking distance to Russel Sq.

You're wrong on the Bodeans shout. It's decent for what it is if you're just wanting some quick hassle free food that is relatively cheap and will fill you up. Especially seeing how PH is from up here in Aberdeen and we have nowt like Bodeans here. Is there that much of a difference in the Hawksmoor experience depending on venue to venue though? Would of thought they are all much the same.

Im headed down on the 9th. More of a midweek break than a mad weekender.

The missus and I are going to be in London next Friday for the day. We're getting the bus from Luton airport to Baker st - is there anywhere that we can store our luggage around there? Or would Excess baggage company at Euston be the closest place?

We're going to start off with Madame Tussauds, and so far on my list I've got the Supreme store and DSM to visit.

Is there anything else en route/in those areas worth visiting? We'll also be looking for a decent lunch somewhere.

I appreciate any input Smiling

can I ask why you will have baggage?

Tussauds is going to take a big chunk of your day (queueing / looking round).

what time you leaving that London?

Yeah I was thinking that!

Still open to suggestions for good pub grub type eateries close to Tussauds.
