Tib St Tavern does 3pm kick offs in NQ. The relatively new in NQ Montpelliers shows football now, not sure if it shows 3pm kick offs though.

Has anyone bought anything from the relatively new 'vintage' shop Deep? Looks dead everytime I pass but was tempted by something and was querying the quality.

Yeah I imagine they do cater for those sorts round here Smiling Seems to be a bit of a take on AA but I don't understand the vintage element apart from a few rough looking pairs of levis.

I assume their target market is the helmets who patrol warehouse project with their perms and 3 for a tenner nike socks. Dont reckon the place will survive past christmas myself.

Deep is shite. "New vintage" over-priced hipster wannabe.

It's dead for a reason, it can't last long now until it closes.

Plenty of actual vintage shops with some better clothes, if you can actually be bothered.

I read the Liverpool shop closed recently.

tbh I'm surprised its not doing well given who it appeals to, e.g. students / WHP go'ers who dont know any better. Not really sure whats vintage about any of the stock save for a few pairs of levis cut offs, was hoping it would be similar to Bionic Seven or at least have the 'bric-a-brac' quality of the other vintage shops.

Good. Central Radio (its predecessor) in its day (early 90s) was a superb electronics store that more or less was first to the best Japanese made electronic goods before stores like currys could blink. That entire corner and the fellaini wig shop needs nuking to avoid Blackpool-like openings such as the liverplop shop. The tram should sweep past this corner of Manchester majestically breathing in the presence of a domineering new-build housing an independant cinema, or something.

There's so many shit decisions being made in Manchester at the moment, I don't know where to begin.

Went to Mughli on the curry mile recently, best curry I've had in ages.
