Archies. Some of the most OP burgers and milkshakes I've ever had (Nas and the Game certified).

Also there is a new restaurant/bar currently under-development in the NQ (Tariff st way) which is called Cottonopolis, could be a really good place from what I've heard.

Lots of stuff popped up this year so far, and much more planned. Forza Manchester.

Pan Asian food in the latter apparently, just walked passed the doorway, not too far off opening. Should be another good addition.

Yeah you're right. My mate is the sushi chef and it sounds really good.

Phish, I still rate Almost Famous and Home Sweet Home, but not a good since their move to Great Northern.

I hit Jerk Junction the last time I visited. Can't speak highly enough of this place. Decent space and the rice and peas is crazy on point.

Aye, good views - depending on the elements. From what I remember it wasn't exactly cheap, but hey it's an experience. Got a bit of 007 vibe to it.
