Does seem cheap, theres a load of scammer bullshit on PH, he hasnt put his number up either. Worth an email I guess. May just be crash/repaired.

Check his name, Chris Merry (Merry Chris-tmas) ???

A Friend of mine is looking for a new car.
It should be "focus sized"
1.6 or under diesel engine
Good real world mpg
Relatively cheap to maintain.
He does about 20K a year so would apreciate something comfortable, with at least 2 years of life left in it.
Suggestions please

Hes somewhat limiting himself with the less than 1.6 diesel engine as there arent tons of these about, 1.9 diesel surely should be an option.

Yeah I noticed that, the GT TDI's are great cars shame to skip em.
I'll try perswade him, I think they're ins group 8-11?
Problem is he just wrote of a diesel focus 55 plate, so I think he's looking to go as low as possible on the insurance group front for obvious reasons.

C4 - would never recomend a citreon.
