You can get a f8x for less than a clean e9x. Just depends on what you want really, for me the f8x sounds dull and isn't as engaging to drive, its either on boost or off, when its on it spins its tyres in the dry and struggles to put the power down making it less predictable on the limit. Its quicker, more of a handful, has better seats and a slightly more refined interior though.

Overall I prefer the e9x.

Edit: This is for a weekend/ not daily car. If it was a daily I might prefer the quieter, more refined and much more frugal f8x.

No worries, shouldn't really be an issue for most well cared for cars on the right side of 60 to 70k miles, but if driven hard from cold they can spin the crank or push a piston through the block as low as 30k miles. Let me know if you need anything.

Anyone drive plug in hybrid? After a new used family motor 20 to 35k, probs finance at higher end, was thinking golf r estate but fuel economy being the issue it is ive started looking at another 3 series m sport. Bit stumped on what to go for.
